Request an eligible return within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@ravewarsgear.com. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with original tags or packaging where applicable.

Customers generally pay return shipping on ordinary returns. Approved refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled separately, with appropriate remedies and shipping costs covered where required.
